Grass-fed Steak

Most people will warn you against over-cooking a grass-fed steak. It's generally agreed upon that grass-fed steaks are tastiest when cooked rare to medium-rare. 

Here's how the meal in the picture was achieved.....

1. Fry grass-fed steak in a pan for 6 minutes, flipping every minute

2. Add your fat/oil of choice liberally as you flip

3. In the last couple of minutes add some garlic and fresh rosemary to the pan

4. Remove the meat

5. Add pre-chopped vegetables - onions, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, anything you like - cook to the tenderness of your pleasure

6. Eat and Enjoy!
